Early Access Rules
To qualify for BetterFit Founding Member early access, you must:
1. Be a licensed or registered mental health professional (for example: psychologist, counsellor, social worker, psychotherapist, or similar) practicing in Canada.
2. Be currently accepting new clients or open to receiving referrals during transitions (such as waitlists, leaves, or practice changes) OR have a waitlist of 10 or more clients.
3. Provide accurate, up‑to‑date professional and contact information when you sign up.
4. Use the platform only for lawful, ethical clinical referral purposes and in line with your professional standards and local regulations.
5. Protect client privacy and follow all applicable privacy laws, including PIPEDA and any provincial rules.
6. Not share your account access with others or use another clinician’s account.Founding Member early access and the one‑year free period are limited to the first 100 eligible clinicians who complete registration before October 1, 2026. BetterFit may verify eligibility and may suspend or end early access if these conditions are not met.
Early Access Deadline
The BetterFit Founding Member early access offer is time‑limited. To receive one year of free access, eligible clinicians must complete their registration on or before October 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST).Registrations submitted after this deadline will not qualify for the Founding Member early access offer, even if you started but did not finish your sign‑up before the cut‑off time. BetterFit records the time of registration using its system time and may rely on this record to determine eligibility.This deadline applies only to the Founding Member early access offer and does not limit your ability to join BetterFit later under other terms.
